 - 3:30 pm

Empower your team with Compassion Resilience Training. Address compassion fatigue, foster resilience. Join us for a transformative journey.

About this event

Join us for the Compassion Resilience Training, a toolkit designed to address compassion fatigue and cultivate resilience, hosted virtually from Wisconsin. This resource includes 12 sections covering realistic expectations, setting compassionate boundaries, fostering a compassionate culture, and self-care strategies.

Our Training of Facilitators aims to empower you to transfer these critical toolkit resources to your colleagues. We recommend attending as a team, comprising ideally of one administrator/leader and 3-4 people who will facilitate with staff. This training focuses on inspiring culture change through the toolkit, and offering practical tips for implementing the toolkit resources.

For a team of 3-5 participants, the cost for the two Compassion Resilience trainings is $2,000. This cost ensures that your team receives the comprehensive training necessary to leverage these resources effectively within your organization.
