Compassion Resilience: Training of Facilitators

Aug 17 & 18, 2023

9:00 am

 - 4:00 pm

Boost your team’s compassion resilience, counteract compassion fatigue, and cultivate resilience. Be part of a transformative journey and join us for a tour of our clinic after the training.

About this event

Join us for the Compassion Resilience Training, a flexible set of resources designed to build awareness of compassion fatigue and strategies to increase compassion resilience. The Compassion Resilience Toolkit is designed for both system-wide and individual application, offering 12 sections with activities for leaders and staff. Topics covered include setting realistic expectations, establishing compassionate boundaries, cultivating a compassionate culture, self-care strategies, and resources for further learning.

Our Facilitators’ Training is designed to prepare you to bring these toolkit resources to your colleagues. We recommend attending as a team, ideally including one administrator/leader and 3-4 people who will facilitate with the staff. This training focuses on how to inspire a culture change through the toolkit, providing practical tips for implementing the resources within your organization.

For a team of up to 5 participants, the cost for the Compassion Resilience training is $800 or $160 per person. This fee ensures that your team receives comprehensive training to effectively utilize these resources within your organization.
