WI DPI – Compassion Resilience: Training of Facilitators

Jan 22-31, Feb 5-14, 2024

 - 10:00 am

Empower your team with Compassion Resilience Training. Address compassion fatigue, foster resilience. Join us for a transformative journey.

About this event

Join us for our Compassion Resilience Training, hosted virtually from Wisconsin, which offers a comprehensive toolkit aimed at recognizing and dealing with compassion fatigue, while fostering resilience from both an individual and system perspective. This resource provides strategies and tools necessary for cultivating a compassionate culture in your organization.

Our Training of Facilitators is designed to equip you with the capacity to share these vital toolkit resources with your colleagues. We advise attending as a team, ideally comprising one administrator/leader and members who will facilitate with the staff. The focus of this training is on advocating culture change through the toolkit, and delivering practical tips for the implementation of toolkit resources.

Participation in the Compassion Resilience Training is free for all public school participants and community partners (CESAs, mental health providers) that are part of a school team implementing this toolkit.
