School Partnerships for Wellbeing

A partnership that begins with your story...

Every school has a story—the challenges you’ve weathered, the strengths you’ve built, and the hopes you carry. We honor that story. As former educators, we know that when the adults in a school feel supported and emotionally well,   everything else becomes possible.

...and is rooted in care.

Our work begins by listening deeply and understanding what matters most to your community. We don’t arrive with assumptions or pre-packaged solutions. We show up with curiosity, care, and a deep respect for the work you do.    Together, we co‑create a plan that reflects your values, your culture, and your goals.

We bring a mental health & wellbeing-first lens for every layer of school life.

All of our offerings are grounded in research, shaped by real school experience, and customized to your needs.

Coaching for Success

Coaching for Success was the seed for School Partnerships for Wellbeing – offering coach training to educators starting in 2020. Educators can still choose coach training and mentor coaching as part of School Partnerships for Wellbeing. The next coach training will be offered in Sheboygan, Wisconsin in Fall 2026.

Coaching is a Key Ingredient

Research shows a strong connection between providing social, emotional, and behavioral health support and improved outcomes for children and students. In order to prepare youth-serving adults to do both, coaching is an essential part of making sure their training is implemented.
