The Up to Me curriculum helps people make choices on whether and how they share about mental health and/or substance use challenges.

Our program helps individuals with mental health and/or substance use challenges share their stories in a way that is empowering and hopeful, while also working to eliminate stigma surrounding mental health issues and/or substance use challenges.
